材料:
米 1/3 杯
薏米 30克
燕麥 40克
紅豆 30克
四季豆 40克
冬菇 (浸軟) 5隻
雞湯或水 適量
做法:
1. 米洗淨,放入電飯煲內鍋。
2. 加入其他材料。
3. 注入雞湯或水至內鍋裡0.5杯“粥”刻度。
4. 蓋上鍋蓋,插上電源,選擇“煮粥”功能,烹煮時間選擇
“2 小時”,按“開始”。
5. 烹煮完成後即可享用。Ingredients :

Coix seed 30g
Oat 40g
Red bean 30g
Green bean 40g
Dried Mushroom (soaked) 5 pcs
Chicken stock or water, as appropriate
Method :
1. Rinse the rice and put into the inner pot of rice cooker.
2. Add in the other ingredients.
3. Add chicken stock or water up to “Congee” level 0.5 as indicated
on the scale inside the inner pot.
4. Close the lid, switch on the power, select the “Congee” function,
set the cooking time for “2 hours” and press “Start” to cook.
5. Ready to serve when the cooking is finished.
